A project that creates entrepreneur out of womens and help them to grow more in their life. Under this project we provide entrepreneurship training, different business skills, marketing as well as soft skills to women. This project is outlined to provide Empowerment to Women in rural areas of India.

In states of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh we trained 250+ womens of different background and enhanced their vision. Its not only the time to empower women its time to boost the most essential section of our society to level up and grab the opportunity.

The proposed NOFO proposal for WE FUEL will focus on providing skill-based training and mentorship to the selected women entrepreneurs. This training and guidance will be provided by 50 mentors selected on the basis of their past experience in the relevant area. The project also envisages setting up of DISHA – A virtual collaborative concourse which will enable the mentors and mentees to connect, support, collaborate and set up mutually beneficial connections both personal and professional. The mentors will train and guide the mentees for the duration of the project by setting up the roadmap and targets to grow their ventures. The project team is keen to eventually handover DISHA to the women entrepreneurs and be available to facilitate them. The FUEL NGO can also leverage their corporate CSR partnerships in this project.

Project Objective:
To create a virtual environment to enable collaboration of the scalar women business entrepreneurs. This virtual environment called DISHA, shall provide them the support and mentorship to overcome the limited access in business and technical skills.

  • Connecting the Private sector enterprises, Government and Non-Government organization and checking the feasibility of providing solutions and funding to such entrepreneurs
  • Providing expert guidance based on the nature of business and providing support groups to help women entrepreneurs tackle all kinds of challenges including personal and social.
The virtual platform – DISHA
This platform is a web based virtual platform which will enable fostering connections among the mentors and the mentees. It will be like any other social media platform but exclusively for women entrepreneurs to connect and promote their products and get guidance from other women entrepreneurs. About FUEL- Friends Union for Energising Lives

Founded by Mr. Ketan Deshpande, FUEL(Friends Union for Energising Lives) was started as a guiding institution to solve problems that he himself faced after his 12th grade. Ketan and his friends were uninformed regarding various entrance exams to be taken after grade 12 as they had either missed the exams, inappropriately filled the exam forms or were unaware about education avenues altogether.Getting motivated by this, Ketan was spurred to take actions and hence he compiled information of major entrance exams and education opportunities after class 12, and published it as a book Students FUEL. The book was widely appreciated, however, the helper in him wanted to do something further.
He observed that most of the entrance exams have their guidelines released during the peak time from November to February, when most students are busy preparing for board exams. Hence they miss out on this crucial information. Taking this into consideration, Ketan then along with his friends started conducting sessions for class 12 students, giving them complete guidance on all education opportunities, with timelines of exams, details of documents required, and exams paper patterns along with guidance on how to fill up forms, etc.
